A strange combination of flavors that generated a delicious sensation in our mouth. This is how we describe this recipe. It is very easy to make, you have no excuses.
-2 cm wide pork sausage steak
-bread (A GOOD BREAD!)
-salt and pepper
First, take the sharpest knife you have, chop some garlic and some green onions. Mix all that with mayonnaise and some of the pickle juice. Taste until you find the proportions you like best.
Then, mash some avocados and add diced tomatoes. Split a lemon and take the olive oil and give the avocados a bath to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Taste until you find the perfect seasoning.
Now it's time for the steak, turn on the fire and let the griddle burn, throw the steak on it, turn it around to cook it evenly. Look for YOUR perfect point. Let it rest for a few minutes and with all the juices left on the plate, toast it in the middle.
To prepare it, very easy. Bread on the bottom, a layer of the tremendous mayonnaise we prepared and some pickles cut in strips on top. Cut the steak in 1cm slices and put it inside. Then, add guacamole. Close with the bread on the top and inside. Your taste buds will travel to another galaxy.
